Stronger Together Health and Wellbeing Day

We are excited to invite you to Stronger Together: Health & Wellbeing Day on Tuesday 12th November 2025, from 9:00am to 4:00pm at Shoeburyness & Thorpe Bay Baptist Church, 90 Thorpedene Gardens, Southend-on-Sea, SS3 9JD.

This free community event will bring together NHS professionals and local services to provide advice, health checks and support for people of all ages. Throughout the day you will be able to learn more about managing high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma and COPD, as well as get help with stopping smoking, improving your mental health and making positive lifestyle changes. Alongside this, local organisations and community projects will be on hand to share the support and opportunities available in Southend.
